Data-led oversight of district health services in Barpeta.

As District Magistrate and Deputy Commissioner of Barpeta, developed an IT Health Management System to track health service delivery across the district, surfacing and removing bottlenecks in care right from the grassroots level, and giving district administration real oversight of how health services were actually reaching people.
