Data-led oversight of district health services in Barpeta.

As District Magistrate and Deputy Commissioner of Barpeta, developed an IT Health Management System to track health service delivery across the district — surfacing and removing bottlenecks in care right from the grassroots level, and giving district administration real oversight of how health services were actually reaching people.
